To process your complaint regarding a purchase on a terminal, please select the number of skipass(es) concerned and provide the keycard numbers of the purchased skipass(es). The keycard number can be found at the bottom or on the back of the skipass physical support (card). It is a code using the following format : 01 - xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx – x.

 

Your complaint relates to a ski pass purchase

To process your request, you must provid in the Proof field :
- A valid document from any competent authority (a governmental or regional decree, a medical or doctor's certificate) only in the case of a cancellation by the customer
- Your IBAN
- The details of the purchased skipass(es) 
- The proof of purchase

To process your complaint regarding a purchase on a terminal, please provide the keycard numbers of the purchased skipass(es) in the complaint field above. In accordance with applicable regulations, any personal data collected is computer processed in order to manage your request. Unless you notify your objection, it may also be used to send you information and promotional offers. These data are reserved for the exclusive use of Sybelles ski area. These data are processed by the communication department of Sybelles ski area and any service provider authorised by Sybelles ski area. These data will be stored for 3 years from the end of your relationship with Sybelles ski area or your last contact with Sybelles ski area. You can access these data at any time and ask for their deletion. You also have a right of opposition, correction, limitation of treatment and portability of your personnal data. To exercise such rights, you may contact the department in charge of personal data protection by sending an email to : dpo@sybelles.ski
